Yaira's First Flight
Description
Young Yaira wants to fly. The wind has other plans - until it doesn't.
Far away on the bright blue world of Neptune, Yaira is a warrior in training. She can run fast and jump high. But flying? Flying is the one thing Yaira hasn't done yet. She tries - and falls. She tries again - and falls again. Then the wind whispers a quiet lesson: don't fight me, work with me. And Yaira learns that even the smallest first flight is a beginning.
A tender picture-book origin story about courage, patience, and finding your wings - for ages 3-5. From Carrow Brown with art by Gabriele Cracolici.
