Reymone's Calling

Reymone Henderson is a high school senior, and captain of the basketball team, with remarkable skills. He is being recruited by colleges and NBA teams as well. He is also being pursued by Angels and demons. He comes to a crossroads when he is confronted by a local, demon-possessed street gang and informed by an angel that he has a Calling; he is a chosen vessel for God. Torn between the desire to be an NBA star and ministering to his peers, Reymone deals with attacks from the gang and tries to protect his loved ones. It all ends up in a classic battle between good and evil, with Reymone caught in the middle of it all. Life would never be the same after he accepts his Calling. Ernest Brown has been an aspiring singer, songwriter, photographer, playwright, and novelist. "Reymone's Calling" is his first published novel. Growing up on the far Southside of Chicago IL, he saw firsthand the many challenges of living in the urban jungle. Thanks to the favor of God, he stayed out of real trouble and was blessed with various artistic talents and a vivid imagination that he shows in his writings. After becoming a born again Christian, he realized that he could still use his talents in a more positive way. This book is aimed at those who feel that being a Christian would be too boring and strict, and at young Christians who still like action and adventure stories. He hopes that whoever reads this story will be inspired as well as truly entertained.
