When old enemies show their faces outside of Camlynn's gates, Ramiren and Nathalia must work together to overcome an existential threat that could break Laeth in two. But what about Vrakus? It has been a month since their escape from Wistran and the Feylands. Surely, he's forgotten all about their agreement and won't come to collect. Right?
