Bobbie is the pen name for Gemma Cooper, a children's book author and editor from the Essex countryside, who writes fun and interactive books for children of all ages. Gemma loves writing books that explain how things work or books that are packed full of interesting facts. In 2023, Gemma won the BookTrust Storytime Prize for her book, 'Can You Tickle a Tiger?' - a prize voted for by children and families attending special reading events held in over 2,400 libraries across the UK. Since graduating from art school, Carrie has worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and art editor for the past 21 years.
