Paul Brecher has been studying Tai Chi for twenty years since he was 9 years old. His studies have taken him on journey throughout the Far East. He has studied with many leading martial and healing arts teachers including Master Earl Montague, Master Tan Choo Seng and Master Made Sudira. He is a fully qualified acupuncturist and practitioner of Chinese medicine. He is a teacher at the prestigious Kensington 'Life Centre' and makes regular appearances on Sky television.
