Description
Activities in private companies and public institutions are directed towards achieving predefines goals. For various reasons such activities also have to comply with certain technical procedures or internal operational processes. These regulatory requirements often cause employees to adhere strictly to certain action sequences, developing in their minds a view of their occupational activity which assumes a clear distinction between what actions are "right" and "wrong". This image is also found in the minds of many people working in the more traditional occupations.
The three learning steps experience, recognize, and apply are the cornerstones of this seminar concept which focuses on transfer. Generally, each work unit begins with practical experience based on a creative exercise which is subsequently analysed and evaluated so that the experience and insight thereby gained can be applied to the individual´s own work situation.
