Catapult: Workbook 1

Catapult has been developed to enable students who are below expected standards at age 11 to make the progress they need. Catapult provides students with the skills and knowledge to advance confidently in their English studies, while giving teachers the tools they need to track progression. Matched to the chapters in the Student Book, this workbook provides opportunities for practising and consolidating key skills and knowledge. Each thematic chapter includes accessible sources along with carefully-structured activities across four key areas (building vocabulary, knowledge and understanding, reading skills and writing skills) that enable all students to build their confidence and make progress. Catapult Workbook 1 is ideal for use either in the classroom or for homework.
