The Monsters at No.13

Hamlet Orlando Julius Caesar Brown has a problem and it's not just his name. When he opens the front door of no. 13, he sees a one-eyed monster standing on the doorstep. Then there is his mother's bizarre behaviour when she tries to stop development on the grave of a favourite actress.
