Person
Miami native Dara Bramson began her journalism career working and writing for the Miami Herald's Travel section while completing her Bachelor's in Journalism and History at Florida International University. In addition to co-authoring the Frommer's guidebook, MTV Roadtrips U.S.A., Dara freelanced for various South Florida publications and contributed to books, television segments and radio shows worldwide as Associate Producer for CBS News' travel department. After several European backpacking treks throughout the Caribbean, Central America and Asia, Dara decided to further explore her interest in other cultures and is now pursuing a Master's in Sociocultural Anthropology at Columbia University. She still calls Miami home.
