"Michael Boyle is one of the most influential figures in strength and conditioning. New Functional Training for Sports was foundational in my development early in my career, and each new edition continues to build on Mike's unmatched experience, insight, and ability to evolve with the field. Mike has been both a mentor and a friend, and his work still shapes my philosophy and process every day at the NHL level."
-Devan McConnell, High Performance Director for the Utah Mammoth (NHL)
