Her organization provides consulting services for all aspects of health information management. In addition, she is a registered health information administrator, an accredited health information technician and was an AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS-approved trainer. Her education credentials include associate, bachelor's and master's degrees. Regina Schaffer is a Reimbursement Educator Specialist for United Health Services in Johnson City, New York. She works with approximately 45 providers educating them on both ICD-9 and CPT (R) coding. Ms. Schaffer also works as a consultant in Binghamton, New York and is an instructor in the Health Information Technology Program at Broome Community College.
