For more than 20 years, Wade Bourne has been a full-time outdoor broadcaster and writer. He is the former host of Advantage Outdoors TV and current host of the syndicated Advantage Outdoors Radio program. His articles appear frequently in many national hunting and fishing publications, including Ducks Unlimited magazine. He is the author of two other books: Fishing Fundamentals and Ultimate Turkey Hunting.
Bourne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a former U. S. Air Force pilot. He is a self-described "fanatic waterfowl hunter" who spends many days each winter pursuing ducks and geese in western Tennessee and Kentucky. He resides with his wife and two children on his family farm in Clarksville, Tennessee.
