Description
Throughout the ageing process, every human being is subject to various influences that challenge them to find strategic responses to overcome them. Although knowledge in this area is crucial to helping people experience this process more harmoniously, there is still a significant gap in studies focusing on the coping strategies adopted throughout their life cycle in relation to the influences in their lives. Thus, the overall objective of this research is to explore the normative and non-normative influences, coping strategies and resources used by students at a senior university throughout their life cycle. This book follows a qualitative exploratory-descriptive approach, using Paul Thompson's oral history method.
