Description
Current practice in environmental reporting: the international pulp and paper industry is the first in a major new series of regularly updated looseleaf surveys reviewing the current state of environmental reporting in a number of key industrial sectors worldwide. It brings together and analyses the Corporate Environmental Reports (CERs) published by the leading international pulp and paper companies. Each company's CER is examined in details using a comprehensive set of environmental performance indicators (EPI's).This handbook is directed both at companies who are already providing CERs who will then be able to compare their efforts with others in the same industry and also at those that are beginning to think about creating their first report. It will also be of interest to the wide range of stakeholders interested in corporate environmental performance and to the many verifiers involved. No company involved in the international pulp and paper industry can afford to ignore its findings.
