Description
Whatever is that sound that rumbles in the night?
Could it be as scary as thunder, a dragon, a tiger or bear, or worse still is it a hairy monster?
A charming rhyming book that captures how a child's imagination runs wild when a noise wakes her in the night, and how it turns out to be something much more familiar...

Amanda Bolt was born in Kent in 1970 and developed a love for reading early in her childhood. Having raised three children of her own and now a nanna to four grandchildren, story time remains a big part of her life. Her grandchildren refer to her affectionately as 'Nanna Stormbook' due to their love of 'Is it thunder, I wonder?' Amanda has had extensive experience working with pre-school and primary school children and would often use props during story time to help develop the children's own interest in books and imagination. She achieved a first-class honours degree in Occupational Therapy at the age of forty-two and continues to work in this field today. Writing for and reading to children continues to be a passion for her and she is currently working on several more titles.
Rebecca Wood was born in Aberystwyth in 1970, she grew up around children's books due to her father being a librarian. Rebecca has three children and two grandchildren who have all grown up reading 'Is it thunder, I wonder?'
