Veronica and the Magic Fountain

A new little girl named Veronica moves to the little town of Homeville and makes a wish at the town's fountain. After making her wish, the fountain lights up and sprays the colors of the rainbow. All the other children who frequent the fountain want to know the reason why it sprays the colors of the rainbow for the new little girl's wishes and not for theirs. Only Veronica holds the key to the Magic Fountain.
