The study compares main discourses in class theoretical field. Included are anglo-saxon theories, Poulantazas' class theory based on French structuralism and "German theories" of Projekt Klassenanalyse and IMSF. Also included is the English version of service class theory; Carchedi's theory of new middle class and the theories of the fragmentation of class society.
