Petko Mikhailov, Content Strategist at PROS, has 20+ years of experience in the tech-comm field and educational background in English language, general and computational linguistics, structured writing, and cryptography. He specializes in documentation for IT

Prof. Clemens Schwender, born in 1956, studied German language and literature, media studies, psychology and philosophy at the Technical University of Berlin. Lectures at TU Berlin, Johns Hopkins University Baltimore, Jacobs University Bremen, Business School Potsdam, University Rostock, SRH Hochschule der populären Künste Berlin, Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. Main focus: Media history, media and emotions, visual argumentation.

Marie Tweed has worked for over 20 years in documentation-related roles, primarily for international organizations based in Vienna, including the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), as well as the Economist Group. She studied Modern Languages in the UK before moving to Austria in 1997, and recently graduated from an MSc course in Technical Documentation at the FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences in Graz. The title
of the Master's thesis was: "One for All? Removing Content Usability Barriers in Technical Documentation with Easy-to-Read Standards."
