Author
Jessica Block graduated from the University of Applied Sciences (Karlsruhe, Germany) with a degree in Technical Communication/ Media Management. Her 15 years of experience includes work as Head of Technical Documentation for Hermes Hansecontrol (Shanghai, China) and in Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance for Amazon (Seattle, USA).
Markus studied journalism at Freie Universität Berlin. At the interface between content and translation management, he is in charge of implementation projects for SCHEMA ST4 and SDL systems. With Kaleidoscope since 2015.
Klaus Fleischmann, MA, MAS, studied Conference Interpreting in Vienna and Monterey, USA. Studied technical communication at the Donau-Universität Krems. 1996 Founder and Managing Director of Kaleidoscope GmbH as a system and consulting company for global content. Managing Director of eurocom Translation Services GmbH since 2007. Board member of GALA (Globalization and Localization Association) since 2015, Chairman for 2018.
Uwe Frank is Key Account Manager at kothes GmbH in Kempen (Germany) for more than 10 years and responsible for documentation solutions in the AM (Additive Manufacturing) industry sector.
Prashant Mathapathi has completed his engineering in computer science stream and also holds an MBA degree. Currently, he is working at Gainsight Software Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India, as a technical writer. It has been two and a half years, since he started his career as a technical writer.
Petko Mikhailov, Content Strategist at PROS, has 20 years of experience in the TC field and educational background in English language, general and computational linguistics, structured writing, and cryptography. He specializes in developer and network management documentation.
Ulrike Parson studied Scandinavian and English language and literature at the University of Greifswald. Founder and CEO of parson AG, founded in Hamburg in 2006 and specialized in technical communication, knowledge management and technical consulting.
John Yunker, co-founder of Byte Level Research (bytelevel.com), consults with the world's largest multinational corporations, providing web globalization training and benchmark services. For the past fifteen years, he has written the Web Globalization Report Card, benchmarking the best global websites. He blogs at www.globalbydesign.com.
