These papers will fascinate students and academics and would represent a challenging way to score these self study CPD points. * Scots Law Times * If you will allow yourselves to be encouraged to sample some of the riches contained in these two volumes you will find ready access to, and crisp analysis of, some of those greyest of "grey areas" so beloved of examiners. * Inter Alia * Their appearance has been keenly awaited, and they will not disappoint those who were not able to attend the seminars. They are books of essays which no self-respecting law library in the common law jurisdictions can afford to be without, and no doubt they will also be attractive to a good number of non-institutional purchasers ... both volumes are especially valuable - and important - for those concerned with modern obligations law.
