Priv.-Doz. Dr. Konrad Lachmayer, Independent researcher and senior lecturer at the department of constitutional and administrative law at the law faculty of the University of Vienna; he was co-director of the NICLAS Summer School (2007-2012).
Dr. Christina Binder is Associate Professor of International Law at the University
of Vienna. She was visiting fellow at the Lauterpacht Center for International Law in Cambridge (2007-08) and at the Max Planck Institut for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg (2008-10). She is member of the Young Academy of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
