It includes coverage of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009, which adapt and apply the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 to LLPs; and the Legislative Reform (Limited Partnerships) Order 2009, which introduces key reforms to limited partnership law.

The law relating to each of the three types of partnership is set out clearly and concisely to enable the reader to understand, or refresh their understanding of partnership and LLP law.
