Perfect for fans of Outlander, A Noble Cunning is an award-winning historical novel based on a true Scottish story of courage, loyalty, and defiance.
Amid the turmoil of the Jacobite Rebellions, Bethan Glentaggart must race to save her husband from the Tower of London, where he awaits execution. After surviving a mob attack on her home, Bethan braves a brutal winter journey from Scotland to London, determined to plead for his life.
But when a cruel king denies her mercy, Bethan refuses to surrender. With only hours remaining, she joins forces with a loyal circle of women friends to attempt a daring final rescue-one that will require disguises, deception, and the careful use of poison.
Rich in historical detail and driven by a fearless heroine, A Noble Cunning is a gripping tale of love, sacrifice, and one woman's battle against the power of a kingdom.
