Modelling British Railways: Modern Freight Locomotives

The British locomotive scene has been dominated by freight designs throughout this century, ranging from the all-conquering General Motors Class 66 to rival types from the likes of the General Electric Class 70s and Vossloh Class 68s. The variety has been increased by the remaining classes inherited from British Rail, both diesels and electrics, and those rebuilt with new engines. This new publication will show how to model a range of these locomotives across two decades and in various scales while considering the numerous freight companies that have existed during this period.
