The Earth is dying, and Nia Beckett is certain it's all her fault. In the year 2291, humanity's efforts to protect the planet have gone terribly wrong. Nia's Teens For Earth recruits try using their newly discovered Talents to help, but everything they attempt just makes the situation worse. The deadly Fray is spreading. Jag Mahajan believes the only solution is to flee off-world, but he doesn't want to leave without his mom. As his father's lies and schemes crumble, Jag discovers a new way to finance the search for his missing mother: turning in superhero Breaker for the World Government reward. Nia Beckett believes she knows who Breaker really is. Will the superhero join TFE's fight to save the Earth? Or does the mysterious eco-warrior have other plans? Ando the squirrel monkey joins forces with the teens and faces his own deadly challenges. If he doesn't succeed, will the entire planet die with him?
