David Beech co-founded Cambridge Leadership Development where he specialises in leadership development management programmes for a range of clients. Prior to this he was Client and Programme Director for Leadership and Organisation Behaviour at Ashridge Business School where he designed and developed the Ashridge Leadership Process. He has held executive roles with Unilever, Siemens, Duracell, SHL, Hewitt Associates and Nashua. He is a member of the IOD and an Associate Gellow of the British Psychological Society.
