Description
Jürgen Barth is known internationally as a racing driver and specialist author for the Porsche sports car brand. His passion for motor racing extends far beyond the racetrack. He not only loves to check the cylinder heads under the hood, but also enjoys lifting the lids of pots full of regional delicacies. Over the years, the German all-rounder has collected many recipes and, typical for a race engineer, has slightly optimized them.
The result is in your hands: this book takes you on a 24-lap spin once around the world, with side dishes of culinary delights, technical details and the most beautiful Porsche race cars. From Le Mans to Daytona, over the Nürburgring to the Targa Florio, there's something for every Porsche connoisseur. With "Racing & Recipes", you are the culinary winner!
