Trends in Food Technology: Food Industry

A discussion of the food industry. It is part of a series which explores the subject of food technology at GCSE level, dividing it up into core areas such as food processing, ingredients, the food industry and designing and making food products. The contents closely follow the Food Technology course requirements.
