Basic Designing Theory of Communication Filters

This book presents a new approach to designing spatial filters (frequency selective surfaces) having extensive applications in communications and radar systems. A Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) can be deliberated to be a surface creation working as a filter for plane waves at any angles of incidence. Frequency selective surface has been extensively used in broadband communications, radar systems, and antenna technology. In the present days there is an increasing demand for multifunctional antennas for communication systems.
