Suzanne Evans is UKIP's Deputy Chairman with responsibility for policy presentation, and prospective parliamentary candidate in the Shrewsbury & Atcham constituency. A former councillor in the London borough of Merton, she has become a well-known UKIP figure, with many TV and radio appearances on programmes such as Question Time, Newsnight, Daily Politics, Murnaghan and the Radio 4 Today programme. Previously a broadcaster and journalist, Suzanne now works freelance as a PR and marketing consultant. She founded the national health charity Lipoedema UK in 2011.
