' It is well written and interesting to read. As each chapter is written by adifferent person it keeps up a lively, almost 'chatty' presentation in parts.
It does presume that the reader is not an absolute beginner, but even if
you were you would probably be able to make sense of it.
I can recommend it to anyone who needs to know about communication
