Artificial Intelligence-driven Informatics and Medical Internet of Things

Khursheed Aurangzeb is Associate Professor in Department of Computer Engineering at College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics Design from Mid Sweden University Sweden in June 2013 and MS in Electrical Engineering (System on Chip Design) from Linkoping University, Sweden in 2009. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Abbottabad, Pakistan in 2006. Dr. Khursheed has authored and co-authored more than 90 research publications in journals, and flagship conference papers. He has obtained more than 15 years of excellent experience as an instructor and researcher in data analytics, machine/deep learning, signal processing, electronics circuits/systems, and embedded systems. He has been involved in many research projects as a principal and co-principal investigator. His research interest is in the diverse fields of computer architecture, signal processing, wireless sensor networks, embedded and pervasive computing, and mobile cloud computing emphasizing big data, machine and deep learning with applications in smart grids, precision agriculture, and healthcare.

Bharat Bhushan is an Associate Professor of Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. For the five consecutive years (2021 to 2025), Stanford University (USA) listed Dr. Bharat Bhushan in the top 2% scientists list. He received his Undergraduate Degree (B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering) with Distinction in 2012, received his Postgraduate Degree (M-Tech in Information Security) with Distinction in 2015 and Doctorate Degree (PhD Computer Science and Engineering) in 2021 from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. He earned numerous international certifications such as CCNA, MCTS, MCITP, RHCE and CCNP. He has published more than 150 research papers in various renowned International Conferences and SCI indexed journals. He has contributed more than 50 book chapters in various books and has edited 30 books from the most famed publishers. He is a series editor of 2 prestigious Scopus Indexed Book Series named CMIA (Computational Methods for Industrial Applications) and FGIS (Future Generation Information System) published by CRC Press, Taylor and Francis, USA. He has served as Keynote Speaker (resource person) in numerous reputed Faculty Development Programs and International Conferences held in different countries including India, Iraq, Morocco, China, Belgium and Bangladesh. He has served as a Reviewer/Editorial Board Member for several reputed international journals. In the past, he worked as an assistant professor at HMR Institute of Technology and Management, New Delhi and Network Engineer in HCL Infosystems Ltd., Noida. In addition to being the Senior Member of IEEE, he is also a member of numerous renowned bodies including IAENG, CSTA, SCIEI, IAE and UACEE.

Narayan C. Debnath is currently the Founding Dean of the School of Computing and Information Technology at Eastern International University, Vietnam. He is also serving as the Head of the Department of Software Engineering at Eastern International University, Vietnam. Dr. Debnath has been the Director of the International Society for Computers and their Applications (ISCA) since 2014. Formerly, Dr. Debnath served as a Full Professor of Computer Science at Winona State University, Minnesota, USA for 28 years (1989-2017). He was elected as the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 3 consecutive terms and assumed the role of the Chairperson of the Computer Science Department at Winona State University for 7 years (2010-2017). Dr. Debnath earned a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in Computer Science and also a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics. In the past, he served as the elected President for 2 separate terms, Vice President, and Conference Coordinator of the International Society for Computers and their Applications and has been a member of the ISCA Board of Directors since 2001. Before being elected as the Chairperson of the Department of Computer Science in 2010 at Winona State University, he served as the Acting Chairman of the Department. Dr. Debnath has been an active member of the ACM, IEEE Computer Society, Arab Computer Society, and a senior member of the ISCA.

Sheena N. is an Assistant Professor of Department of Computer Science and Engineering at College of Engineering and Management Punnapra, Alappuzha, Kerala, India. She has 23 years of teaching experience in various colleges under Co-operative Academy of Professional Education under Depioartment of Co-operatn, Govt. of Kerala, which includes 8 years at College of Engineering Vadakara and 15 years at College of Engineering and Management Punnapra. Dr. Sheena completed her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering Adoor, Kerala, India, in 2000 with First Class. She obtained her Master's degree in Software Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kerala, India, in 2010 with Distinction. She was awarded her Ph.D. in 2024 from Cochin University of Science and Technology, with research focused on energy-efficient lightweight protocols for the Internet of Things (IoT). She has submitted the thesis and awaiting the reviewer report and the open defense. She has published numerous papers in SCI-indexed journals, conferences and books demonstrating her commitment to advancing research in her field. Sheena also serves as a reviewer for various conferences and SCI-indexed journals, lending her expertise to ensure the quality and integrity of published work. Her research interest includes Energy-efficient protocols, Internet of Things, Security and privacy, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
