NCM Module 1 Teacher's resource book

The New Cambridge Mathematics course is being written to provide exciting new materials for Key Stage 1 mathematics. Module 1 Teacher's Resource Book has been written bearing in mind the Dearing review of the National Curriculum, and the Scottish Guidelines. There is a general discussion of teaching methods, then each activity, which could be about a week's work, is described in detail. Many of the activities are very open, so that children can work at their own level, and there are usually support and extension activities.At the end of the book are about 30 photocopy sheets, mostly for support and extension.The 6 activity books, and 2 homelink books are for recording after pupils have had sufficient practical experience.
