Persons
Gordon R Ashton is a former practising solicitor, District Judge and Deputy Master of the Court of Protection. He is editor of Butterworths Older Client Law Service and author of Mental Handicap and the Law (1992) and Elderly People and the Law (1995). Martin Terrell is a partner at Rix & Kay. He author of A Practitioner's Guide to the Court of Protection (2003) and a regular contributor to Heywood & Massey, Tolley's Finance & Law for the Older Client, Butterworths Older Client Legal Service and Elderly Client Adviser. Caroline Bielanska is a solicitor, lecturer, freelance consultant and co-chair of Solicitors for the Elderly. She is technical editor of Coldrick on Personal Injury Trusts, on the editorial board of and regular contributor to the Elderly Client Adviser and a member of the PGO's Consultative Forum.
