Ken Lum is one of Canada's leading international artists. He has exhibited throughout Europe, North America and Asia. Notable projects include mazes created for Documenta 11 and the Istanbul Biennal. In 2010, Lum's fourth permanent public installation opened in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Lum's interest in issues of identity, especially language and ethnicity, have earned him a following around the world. He lives in New York and San Francisco. Roland Schoeny is curatorial supervisor for Art in Public Space Vienna. A widely published art critic, he has organized numerous exhibitions for the OK Centre for Contemporary Art in Linz, Austria. He lives in Vienna.
