Description
Tired of building someone else's future with your law degree?
The Enterprise Law Firm Model shows estate planning attorneys how to reclaim control-with a firm that generates recurring revenue, deepens client relationships, and builds long-term wealth.
Attorneys Robert Armstrong, Sanford M. Fisch, and Mark S. Eghrari introduce a transformative practice structure tailored for small law firms. Drawing on decades of experience, they dismantle the traditional billable-hour trap and offer a practical alternative: the Enterprise Model. This approach integrates legal, financial, and advisory services into one seamless client experience. Attorneys become Trusted Attorney Advisors, providing value that clients can't get from DIY tools or part-time advisors.
Inside, you'll discover:
the 5-meeting client roadmap that strengthens engagement and retention
how attorney Melanie rebuilt her practice around relationships-not transactions-and now takes Fridays off
why integrated services like wealth management and insurance create stability, scale, and predictable income
You'll also gain concrete strategies in law firm growth, legal marketing, digital outreach, and cash flow management-all structured for estate planning professionals ready to lead.
Whether you're running solo or managing a team, this book offers the blueprint to shift from exhaustion to enterprise. It's ideal for attorneys facing burnout, small law firms looking to grow, and anyone seeking a future-ready business model for lawyers.
