Automation in Mining, Mineral and Metal Processing 2001

This Proceedings contains the papers presented at the 10th IFAC Symposium on Automation in Mining, Mineral and Metal Processing (MMM 2001), held in Tokyo, Japan, on 4-6 September 2001.

This long-running symposium series has established a reputation for providing high-quality and authoritative surveys of the state of research in this economically and politically important application area. The latest conference lives up to this reputation, and this proceedings provides a truly international snapshot of quality research into several areas of mining, mineral and metal processing (MMM) technologies.
