Deep as the Marrow

Following IMPLANT, a third medical thriller in which the American President announces his plans to legalise narcotics in a bid to beat the cartels. His decision comes as a surprise especially to his close friend and personal physician whose daughter is then kidnapped by agents of the cartels, in a bid to prevent the President's motion being passed.
