Stingy nettles everywhere, wasps waiting to pounce and every bush full of jaggy thorns, no, Lorelei didn't like the outdoors, it was out to get her. Just as well she lived in London, she decided, where she didn't have to worry about being stung, bitten or jabbed. It was the best place ever to live, her best friend was next door, her mates lived round the corner, school was the best and the shops were amazing. She was happy and everything was peachy until dad announced he had a new job in Scotland. Within weeks she living away in the sticks and miles from the nearest city.
