Bjorn Anderson is the associate professor in the Department of Production and Quality Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is also the scientific advisor at SINTEF Industrial Management. He is a consultant and researcher, and has worked with local European industries on numerous business process improvement projects. Anderson has written a multitude of books and articles relating to business process improvement and received both his Ph.D. and Masters degree from Norwegian Institute of Technology, Trondheim, Norway.
