It was seeing Star Wars at the age of five that first inspired Christian to draw. The years following would be filled with drawings of spaceships, animals, creatures, and images from the many science-fiction/fantasy movies he watched.
Years later he graduated from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and was hired by Industrial Light & Magic to work in its art department. At ILM he has worked on many film projects, including Star Wars Episode ll: Attack of the Clones, War of the Worlds, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and A.I.: Artificial Intelligence.
Now a Senior VFX Art Director, Christian is still having fun working in film, games, and publications.
