Reviews / Votes
This handbook constitutes an essential resource for nursing associate students, supporting them to develop core skills for completing the academic programme. There are clear links to the nursing associate standards and to the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for practice as a nursing associate. It signposts relevant support systems throughout the programme, based on individualised analysis of the nursing associate studentaEUR (TM)s experience and development needs, using SMART goals as the basis for action. Activities within the text support nursing associate students to apply skills for developing reflection and critical analysis, extending into practice as a registered nursing associate, including preparing for interviews and progression within the role over time. -- Tanya AndrewesMore details
