Description
Regarded globally as one of the greatest thinkers of the modern age, Jiddu Krishnamurti left an indelible mark on anyone who encountered him. In The Enlightened Manager, serial entrepreneur Vishwanath Alluri, who, too, was deeply impacted by Krishnamurti's teachings, examines current management problems in the light of the latter's timeless insights. Can we be more productive at work by committing to order in life? Do entrepreneurs and investors make better decisions when they are radically self-aware? How can the essential human qualities of humility and compassion make us more effective leaders and help make the world a better place?
