After graduating she worked as a canvaswork designer in Oslo for a year, before returning to the UK to work as a freelance magazine designer. Jane now runs her own successful cross stitch business, designing and making kits. She has also written numerous articles and books on this popular technique. When not engaged in embroidery work Jane likes to paint with watercolours.
