Transplantation Tolerance Induction

In this book the current status of understanding of central (thymic) and peripheral (non thymic) immunologic tolerance is defined. Methods of production of central and peripheral immunologic tolerance are described and analysed. The nature of immunodeviation and its relation to immunologic tolerance and also the nature of neonatal tolerance to tolerance produced later in life are considered.
