Person
Born and raised in Mount Vernon, Illinois, William Adams began writing as early as twelve years old. He has faced many trials and tribulations throughout his life such as being diagnosed with Anorexia in 2015 as well as having battles with anxiety and depression. Writing gave him a way to help cope with the sadness he was feeling as he would write continuously throughout his stay in the hospital. Today, he is feeling much better and has fully recovered from many of his past demons, which has helped to shape the way he writes. Still in Mount Vernon, he lives with his family while also attending Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville online where he hopes to get his degree in English education while also growing as a writer.
