Under the Shadows

To them, I'm a mafia princess, but shadows can be deceiving. My life goes from bad to worse when I save Emma King from a fate worse than death. Now I'm on their radar: Shane, Ren, and Alex, rulers of the west side of Synd. Surviving them is the least of my worries with the Byrns mafia in shambles, and I'm running out of shadows to hide within. We're fighting a battle against something that moves through our city like ghosts, snatching people in the dead of night and I'm afraid I might be next. Now I must decide-the devils I know or what lurks within the shadows. Will they help me, even though I'm a Byrns? Will it even matter since a Byrns can never trust a King?
