Chris Abbott is the Programme Coordinator and Researcher at Oxford Research Group responsible for its sustainable security project. Paul Rogers is Professor of Peace Studies at Bradford University, the author of 20 highly respected books, and a regular commentator on global security issues both nationally and internationally (eg. on www.opendemocracy.net).
