He is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and Surveyor with a PhD in Construction Informatics (Witwatersrand, SA). His teaching and research interests are BIM, Procurement, Semantic Web and Data Science, Cost and Value Management, Professional Identity and Critical/Theoretical Analysis of Social Phenomena in Construction Dr Abdul-Majeed Mahamadu is an Associate Professor of Innovative and Industrialized Construction at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London (UCL).
