Razlichnye frakcii fosfolipidow byli razdeleny s pomosch'ü tonkoslojnoj hromatografii (TSH), a sostaw GA byl opredelen s pomosch'ü gazowoj hromatografii (GH). Bylo wyqwleno tri osnownyh klassa fosfolipidow. GH issledowanie sostawa GA obschih fosfolipidow i treh klassow fosfolipidow PE, PG i Cd pokazalo, chto perehod ot äxponencial'noj fazy k stacionarnoj otrazhaetsq w obschih lipidah uwelicheniem indexa nenasyschennosti. Chto kasaetsq wliqniq UF-izlucheniq na sostaw FA, nashi rezul'taty pokazali zametnoe izmenenie FA posle UF-adaptacii, s uwelicheniem indexa nenasyschennosti.
